Acuform worked with Hooker Contracting in a design-build arrangement for Las Palapas restaurant. This coastal Mexican style structure with distinctive vibrant colors sits on a tight site with steep topography. Acuform accommodated the prototype structure to create an efficient site and parking layout and satisfied the desires of the franchisee while meeting the requirements of the franchise owner.

 

Acuform’s knowledge and experience with restaurant design and knowledge of equipment, assisted with the careful coordination of the kitchen in order to accommodate all equipment and minimize employee travel for a more effective work flow. While improving an evolving image program, Acuform also focused on value-added elements and simplified or omitted expensive and insignificant elements to reduce overall costs.
