McCoy’s Building Supply operates over 80 stores throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Mississippi. They hired Acuform to develop  a new prototype plan as they enter new growing markets. We worked with the client to review each aspect of their operation and re-considered each element of their buildings to satisfy their needs and offered superior energy performance to their older facilities. Our prototype design for this 22,000 sq. ft. building incorporates several new materials and includes a new, more inviting entry.

 

Our prototype design services included existing facility analysis, schematic design, design development, and documentation services. In addition, Acuform provided services for documentation, bidding, and construction observation services on another facility in Taylor, Texas.
