Extending our long-standing relationship with The Holt Companies, Acuform was hired in a design-build arrangement for a new service facility and separate wash bay facility for their existing sales center outside of Dallas. Work included a new 8,000 sq. ft. service facility with parts storage and offices and the construction of a separate wash bay facility with a water reclaim system. Much attention was given to previously existing drainage issues and there was extensive highly specialized equipment coordination.

Working in conjunction with the general contractor and civil engineer we developed a site plan which best utilized available area and accommodated storm drainage requirements. Once the owner needs were formulated into a cohesive plan, Acuform worked with city officials to develop an exterior that would satisfy their strict city architectural requirements without blowing the owner’s budget.
