Acuform was contracted to design a new neighborhood retail center on San Antonio’s far southwest side. Our assignment was to maximize the site with buildable area in this rapidly growing area of San Antonio.

 

The design was clean and bold with two designated anchor spaces. We jogged the building to avoid a cluster of protected trees. The retail center was fully leased prior to the completion of construction and Acuform has been engaged to another similar retail center on the pad site next to this one.
