Acuform was engaged by a San Antonio real estate firm to develop plans for a new office warehouse product in the affluent northwest quadrant of San Antonio. The site was challenging and required extensive earthwork and both sewer and water main extensions.

 

We worked carefully with the developer to create a value-driven modern approach to the office-warehouse market suitable for a variety of applications and potential tenants. Acuform implemented common building materials used in a slightly unconventional manner to create a distinctive look.
