Building upon a successful design-build relationship with G.W. Mitchell Construction, Acuform was engaged to provide professional design services for the newest branch of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper Realtors. The new facility will serve a hot real estate market in the affluent area of Boerne, Texas. We worked with D’Ann Harper, Coldwell Banker’s business manager, and members of their team to evaluate their existing facilities and make recommendations for improved efficiencies, more flexible spaces, and added communal outdoor spaces for employees.

 

In evaluating their existing facilities, Acuform observed circulation issues, poorly utilized spaces, and an absence of open spaces for informal team collaboration and client meetings; it was very evident how computers and the Internet have changed how realtors buy and sell property. In response, Acuform developed a plan geared for the 21st Century by reducing circulation, providing more open spaces to conduct business, and also permitting easy expansion into a 2,800 sq. ft. tenant space once their business grows.
