Shortly after completion of San Antonio's only Infiniti dealership, the city needed to construct a new highway interchange at its existing location forcing the dealership to relocate and construct a new facility. This new dealership design utilizes a former dealership site. While the existing service bays were saved, the sales building had to be demolished in order to construct a new showroom to meet Infiniti's requirements. The new dealership was opened in five months, start to finish.
Services included design, documentation, and construction procurement of a car dealership in northwest San Antonio. Coordinated design requirements with the City of San Antonio and Nissan USA's representatives. We worked with Contractor on design-build arrangement in efforts to expedite construction. Services were performed while employed with Thorn+Graves, PLLC.
