When the existing Gunn Honda was in need of some major renovations, the Gunn organization opted to relocate their facility to take advantage of projected growth and a site capable of a much larger facility. Our design for this facility included two separate buildings connected by an open space frame canopy with skylights to permit natural light to filter into the write-up areas below. The completely open floor plan of the sales building is a departure from Honda's standard plan to reflect Gunn's "One Simple Price" philosophy. The service building is one of the largest and most sophisticated in San Antonio.
Services included site analysis, design, documentation, and construction procurement of new automotive dealership. Coordinated service facility equipment, image elements as required by American Honda Motor Company. Services were performed while employed with Thorn+Graves, PLLC.
