Our office was selected to design a custom home in a prestigous gated community north of San Antonio. The heavily wooded lot was chosen for it's location on a secluded cul-de-sac and relatively flat nature. We worked to develop a layout which would satisfy this young family's needs while preserving a 32" heritage oak tree located in the center of the lot. The contemporary style was selected to slip beneath the canopy of trees while reflecting the progressive personality of our client. Consideration was given to future expansion as the family grows.
Our office provide design, documentation, construction, and project management services for this custom residential project. Our service included several variance requests and presentations to the local architectural review board in efforts to proceed with a contemporary style home in a predominantly traditional neighborhood.
