We were contracted by a successful businessman and entrepreneur to design an exquisite multi-family development suitable for upscale city of Alamo Heights. The design had to maximize the site in order to return a profit. Authentic details of the French Provincial style were incorporated to satisfy a discerning community. Each of the eight units feature exquisite custom finishes, two car garages, skylights, and a private patio and garden.
Provided complete architectural services including preliminary site planning, various architectural and governmental review board presentations. Design, detailing and construction observation services on this new eight unit condominium complex. Services were provided while employed with Thorn+Graves, PLLC.
