We were chosen to provide design services for a young family who sought a home they could live in until their children are grown. Our design features an open, informal living area, a separate area for the children, and a second floor owner's retreat with a separate balcony. Features include natural materials througout, high ceilings with clearstory windows, and a sunken trophy room. The home was detailed with traditional craftsman style elements coupled with custom lighting, custom cabinets, and stained concrete floors to give a slightly more contemporary feel.
We were contracted to provide a full range of services for this home. Services included site selection and planning, design, documentation, and construction related services.
