We were engaged to assist the owners of this well established San Antonio dental office to find and develop a new office location for their growing business. We were challenged to adapt an existing building, formally a bank into their new dental center. We maintained the buildings simple geometry and applied a simple; yet bold geometric design to cater to their desire for a contemporary appearance within a fairly tight budget. With efficient planning, we were able to accommodate their program including a large waiting area, five operatories, a laboratory, sterilization area, and administrative areas including an employee break room and a private consultation room.
Services included existing conditions survey, site analysis, feasibility studies, design, documentation, permitting and construction related services.
