We were contracted to provide space planning and design services for this fast-track clinic finish-out. We worked with owner and coordinated among Army staff, independent design consultants, independent project manager, furniture and equipment suppliers, and landlord to ensure space plan met necessary requirements.
Services included design, documentation, and construction procurement of a 10,000 sq. ft. medical clinic along busy 3009 in Schertz, Texas. We worked with multiple government contractors and our selected Contractor on design-build arrangement in efforts to expedite construction.
