This third office of Marty Levin's dental practice was located on the fifteenth floor of a suburban Maryland office building. While the space had low ceilings it offers a stellar view of the Washington, DC skyline. The very efficient layout locates the laboratory about the central utility chase, preserves the views for the patient exam rooms, and offers more usable space. High end finishes were judiciously used throughout to achieve Dr. Levin's request for a sensibly upscale office.
Design, documentation, and construction observation of new tenant finish out in high rise building over Connecticut Avenue. Worked within the confines of existing shell space. Services were performed as project manager while employed with Flanagan Architects, PC.
