SCOPE:
Custom designed speculative residence in established neighborhood. Worked with investor/owner to design, develop construction documents, and observe construction for 5,000 square foot home. Shawn Willis, Assoc. AIA performed as Project Manager while employed with Thorn+Graves, PLLC.
DESIGN:
The home was based on a Spanish style of house and included a large front patio and a rear covered patio. Inside features included 11' ceilings with a sunken study area, a gourmet kitchen and complete custom bathrooms and closets.
