SCOPE:
We are currently working on this seven story office building to be located in northwest Bexar county. We are performing services of site analysis, design, documentation, and construction observations services for new speculative 260,000 sq. ft. office building and adjoiing seven story parking garage. Work includes coordination with Owner, perspective tenants, zoning and building officials, and consulting engineers.
DESIGN:
This class A office building brings together the old and new representing San Antonio's emergence as a world class city. Pedestrian based areas are sensitive to the historic nature of San Antonio, while the steel and glass elements represent the technologically advanced design of the structure. The design will include two restaurants and a rooftop skybar.
