SCOPE:
Design, documentation, and construction observation of new tenant finish out in high rise building over Connecticut Avenue. Worked within the confines of existing shell space. Aaron Dahl performed services as project manager while employed with Flanagan Architects, PC.
DESIGN:
Developed "responsibly premium" finish out space including granite and stainless steel counter surfaces, etched glass, premium lighting and ceiling assemblies, and extensive custom millwork details. Coordinated Owner's medical equipment including nitrous oxide gas distribution system, and computers everywhere to create a paperless office environment.
