SCOPE:
Design, documentation, and construction observation of new contemporary house on extremely confined site. Nearly completely demolished existing structure to accomodate new house.
DESIGN:
Developed design complete with many contemporary details. Worked with client to demostrate ideas through computer renderings. Paid special attention to natural light ensuring that house remains well lit. Worked directly with millwork fabricator to develop custom millwork solutions.
