SCOPE:
Worked with the Owners and their Contractor to reach a cost effective design solution for converting an existing hotel cafeteria into a new urban pub. Worked with Owners and government officials to seek federal revitilization funds for urban renewal work. Aaron Dahl performed services as project manager while employed with Flanagan Architects, PC.
DESIGN:
The existing cafeteria was broken up with existing stairway and entry in middle of space, new pub was designed such that half of the area was a younger, pub space with dancefloor and extensive custom bar, and other area was a more family oriented dining area featuring wood wainscott and traditional and imported accessories.
