This building was the second tower completing the pair along San Antonio's historic Riverwalk. The ten story, 100 unit building maximizes the site and steps down along shared plaza providing access to the Riverwalk. The facility features a luxurious spa, administrative offices, recreation room, and a rooftop terrace with two pools and jacuzzi. The ground floor retail includes a neighborhood grocery store and deli open to the public.
Site analysis, design, documentation, and construction procurement of new 100 unit timeshare facility. Worked with Wyndham (formerly Fairfield) personnel to ensure compliance with corporate standards. Coordinated design services with civil, structural, and MEP engineers. Services were performed while employed with Thorn+Graves, PLLC.
