SUMMERFIELD TOWNHOMES

Our office was contacted for developing new designs for townhome units for a previously planned unit development (PUD). The plans developed by a previous architect satisfied the needs of a good economy, but our office was called upon to develop new plans for a softer market to complete the development. We developed three different master plans for units ranging from 1,400 sq. ft. to over 2,400 sq. ft. All of our floor plans featured large open floor plans, including studies and ground-floor master bedrooms. We designed the exterior elevations in response to buyers preferences while still blending with the surrounding units by maintaining consistent materials and matching the scale and proportions of the other units.
Services included surveying and documenting the existing structures, coordination with owner, investor, and contractor to reach economical design solutions, drawings and specifications, permitting and limited construction observation services.
