Our design solutions included an updated lobby and re-designed unit plans. Mechanical systems and exterior doors and windows were upgraded to be more energy efficient. Our unit floor plans reflect how people live today; living spaces are open and continuous and windows were opened up to take advantage of the spectacular views. Bedrooms were consolidated and units were mirrored to be sensitive to the sound from adjacent units, and bathrooms were finished out with more luxurious fixtures to appeal to the anticipated buyers. New amenities for the building include a gym, a business center with conference rooms, a pool, and even suite-style hotel units for visiting guests.
