SCOPE:
Assisted with preliminary site planning, various architectural and governmental review board presentations. Design and construction observation services on new eight unit condominium complex. Aaron Dahl, AIA performed as Project Architect while employed with Thorn+Graves, PLLC.
DESIGN:
We applied the owner requested French Colonial style to the new formal, townhome style development. Each unit is between 2,000 and 2,400 sq. ft. per unit, but material selections were luxurious and selected on a per unit basis.
