SCOPE:
Design, documentation, and construction procurement of new 30,000 square foot Infiniti dealership in northwest San Antonio. Worked with Contractor on design-build arrangement in efforts to expedite construction. Aaron Dahl, AIA performed as Project Architect while employed with Thorn+Graves, PLLC.
DESIGN:
Because of the extremely short construction timeframe, we left much of the existing service building alone. Sales building had to be completely demolished and reconstructed to satisfy Nissan, USA's image guides.
