We were hired to assist the owners of this well established San Antonio dental office to find a new office location, design, documentation, and construction related services. We adapted the buildings simple geometry and applied a simple, yet bold geometric design to cater to their desire for a contemporary appearance within a fairly tight budget. With efficient planning, we were able to accommodate their program including a large waiting area, five operatories, a laboratory, sterilization area, administrative areas including an employee break room and a private consultation room.
Services included existing conditions survey, site analysis, feasibility studies, design, documentation, permitting and construction related services.
