This 16,000 square foot meeting house is located along FM 1560 in Helotes, Texas. The building features include a large central multi-purpose room, worship rostrum, offices, classrooms, and several other meeting areas. The exterior of the building was adapted to be sensitive to the prevalent hill country style of design and includes natural cut limestone, and stucco. Other site features of this project include a storage shed, 1,800 square foot pavilion, recreational and athletic field.
Acuform's services included design, documentation, permitting, and thorough construction observation services. The City of Helotes was very responsive and accepting of several variance requests in exchange for matching the local character of the community. Working closely with Parkway Construction and Associates (of Lewisville, Texas) we were able to complete the construction of this facility within ten months.
