Wyndham Resorts at LaCascada

SCOPE:
Site analysis, design, documentation, and construction procurement of new 100 unit timeshare facility along the Riverwalk in San Antonio. Worked with Wyndham (formerly Fairfield) personnel to ensure compliance with corporate standards. Marcus Guerra performed as Construction Representative while employed with Thorn+Graves, PLLC.
DESIGN:
This building was the second tower completing the pair along San Antonio's historic Riverwalk. The design was kept clean to mimick the design of the existing LaCascada condominium complex, however some additional ornametaion was included in this project to properly accent the structure.
