SCOPE:
Design, documentation, and construction procurement of new 45,000 square foot Honda dealership outside of Washington, DC. Applied image elements from American Honda Motor Company, and worked with Owner and sales and service representatives to satisfy everyone's interests. Aaron Dahl performed as Project Manager while employed with Flanagan Architects, PC.
DESIGN:
Due to the steep slope, we decided to deviate from the American Honda Motor Company standards slightly and develop a split-level dealership. The service floor was tucked in beneath the sales floor, permitting on grade entrance and exit of the service bays.
