We were instructed to develop a design which maximizes the potential of the owner's existing property. Challenges included the location and orientation of the existing building, the depth of the property and planning for the safety of the children. Our design incorporates elements of the existing structure while introducing some new and more playful elements consistent with the character of the children's center.
We were engaged to provide complete feasibility, design, documentation, and construction related services for a 6,500 sq. ft. addition to an existing 4,500 daycare facility. Services included extensive governmental coordination services as required by the City of Schertz.
